To use 999l services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age. 999l operates in accordance with Indonesian market standards requiring all players to be adults aged 21 or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia. You may not create an account if you are under legal guardianship, have been declared legally incompetent, or are otherwise restricted from entering into contracts.
Each individual is permitted only one Account on 999l. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to merge them or close all but one at our sole discretion.
Identity Verification: 999l reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days will result in account suspension.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized it. You must notify 999l immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
You must keep your Account information current and accurate. If your contact details, residential address, or payment method information changes, you must update your Account promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays processing withdrawals or other account services.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
999l accepts deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). We also accept e-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start at Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set based on your VIP tier and account verification status. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits. You must wager your deposited amount at least once before requesting withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during business hours (8:00 AM - 11:00 PM WIB) and up to 24 hours during off-peak times, subject to verification requirements.
999l maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international financial regulations. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. You may not use 999l services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activities.
999l does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are your responsibility. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions occur in Indonesian Rupiah.
All bonuses offered by 999l are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of the promotion. Standard wagering requirements apply, typically ranging from 25x to 35x the bonus amount. You must complete wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to verified accounts that have completed KYC procedures. Each bonus may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, and payment method. 999l reserves the right to refuse or revoke bonuses at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect bonus abuse.
New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon first deposit. The welcome bonus is typically a percentage match of your initial deposit, subject to minimum deposit requirements and maximum bonus caps. Specific terms are displayed during the registration process and must be accepted before claiming.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other behavior intended to exploit promotional terms. Suspected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potentially account closure.
All casino games on 999l use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies including eCOGRA and iTech Labs. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by 999l and may be adjusted in real-time based on market conditions.
999l reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Bets placed with incorrect odds due to technical errors may be voided. In sports betting, if an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned according to our specific sports betting rules. Settlement of bets is final once confirmed in your account history.
Each game category (slots, live casino, sports betting, togel, etc.) has specific rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before placing bets. For sports betting, official competition results as recognized by governing bodies determine bet outcomes. For sabung ayam (cockfighting), outcomes are determined by official match results with Meron or Wala designations.
999l may impose maximum win limits on certain games, particularly progressive jackpot slots and high-stakes table games. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level and VIP tier. Specific limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may be adjusted based on gaming activity patterns.
All players must be at least 21 years of age. 999l employs age verification measures and reserves the right to request government-issued identification (KTP or passport) at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and funds forfeited.
999l provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and cooling-off periods. You may set these limits through your account settings. Limit increases take 24 hours to become effective; limit decreases take effect immediately.
If you feel gambling is negatively impacting your life, you may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you cannot access your account, and we will not send you promotional materials. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please contact our support team immediately. While 999l does not provide counseling services, we can guide you to appropriate professional resources. We take responsible gaming seriously and will work with you to implement appropriate account restrictions.
While 999l strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, maintenance, server failures, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily disrupt the Platform. 999l is not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability, and you may not claim compensation for interrupted gaming sessions.
In the event of technical malfunctions, software errors, or incorrect game results due to system failures, 999l reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error state. We will investigate all reported technical issues but are not liable for losses you claim resulted from technical problems unless we determine the error was directly caused by our systems.
999l is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or payment provider failures. We will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible but accept no liability for losses during force majeure events.
The Platform may integrate third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, etc.) and payment processors. 999l is not responsible for failures, errors, or losses caused by third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by those providers.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance within 30 days. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements may not be closed until those obligations are fulfilled or forfeited.
999l reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, provide false information, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform or other users. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting amounts related to bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. After 18 months of inactivity, 999l may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999l is licensed. References to Indonesian market standards and local payment methods reflect our operational focus but do not imply endorsement or regulation by Indonesian government authorities.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact 999l customer support in writing (email to [email protected]) with a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
Any claim arising from your use of 999l services must be filed within 6 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period will not be considered.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
999l reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be notified via email to registered Users. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with changes, you must close your Account.
